Ronice just helped my wife and I buy our first home and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to use her. She was very knowledgeable of the Orlando area and was able to point out things to look for in our house visits. Having Ronice was a true Blessing. She was there in every step of the way of me purchasing my new home.
As a first time home buying I was overwhelmed, had many questions even after taking all these first time home buyers class. My experience was very outstanding.
Ronice is very reliable, calm and understanding exactly what you looking for and Gosh her patience with me was so calm, collective. She always shows up no matter where you are looking for home. She goes in to details of the homes you are viewing, the steps you must take when it comes to lenders and if any questions you may have she is there to answer and makes you get the point. I recall I had no idea what to get as home insurance to choose and the list great she share and the one I chose. She doesn't overwhelmed you on what you need and I truly appreciate that of her.
The quality of her service is unbelievable.
