I was a first time home buyer and found out home buying can be stressful. Ronna has such a positive attitude! She is always able to diffuse tension and with most gentle suggestions get you on the right track. Punctual, prepared and great communicator. My closing was 3 weeks after offer got accepted, no hiccups.

Ronna is THE BEST! I have worked with her as her Loan Originator on many deals and refer people to her as much as I can! Ronna is truly a market expert. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the process and takes the time to educate her clients. One thing that sets her apart is how much she cares about each of her clients which is so important when making such a big life decision. I would recommend Ronna to everyone!

Ronna is THE BEST! From the beginning, Ronna offered her recommendations for readying my property for sale, and offered her expertise in advertising and setting a list price. I was hesitant...she was confident. She talked me off the ledge for 3 days while we laughed about my living at the library during back to back to back showings! When the offers arrived, she had been so right...I had been so wrong. Ronna has an uncanny ability to take the client/broker relationship to a higher level. She cares about her clients and it shows! When my wife and I began the process of looking for our first home we were a bit nervous about all of the aspects that go into buying your first home. From our very first meeting with Ronna we knew we were in great hands. She comes with years of experience in this field and she is knowledgable on all aspect of the real estate market and home buying process. She answered all of our questions and helped walk us through each step of the journey. From looking at listings, touring homes, putting in offers and even down to the closing she was there with us. Ronna is also well connected and if she is unable to assist with a particular aspect of home buying she has reputable contacts who can. We can not thank Ronna enough for her help finding us our first home! I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Chicagoland area.

My wife and I recently went through the selling of a home we had lived in for over 20 years and having to buy another. Talk about a stressful situation..The saying goodbye to old friends, finding a buyer for my home and looking for a new one to hopefully spend the rest of my days in. Thank goodness I had the good fortune to meet and work with Ronna of Baird & Warner. She was not only my Realtor but also became a friend and someone I could turn to for almost anything. She made the process as simple and easy as possible. From referring me to a fantastic lawyer, a handyman and terrific movers. I don’t know what I would have done without her help and guidance. Ronna was excellent to work with through this whole process of buying a new home for our family. We had some very unique issues come up during our home search (child needed surgery, COVID, etc) and Ronna was so incredibly understanding. She really listened to everything we told her we were looking for in a home and helped us find and purchase our dream home. Ronna attended closing with us to make sure everything went exactly as it should and that we were walking out ready to enjoy our new home. Even after purchasing our home she has continued to keep in touch and make sure we still love our home as much as the day we bought it. As a first time homebuyer, it was really important that I understood the process from beginning to end. Ronna made this very, very easy. I had a LOT of questions, and was really nervous about the whole process, but she made it very comfortable and absolutely no pressure, and answered all my questions. She has an amazing team of people who work with her to ensure every step of the process goes well, and that was what put me at ease. I am now the owner of a home in the price range I was looking for, in the area I was looking for, and the style. We worked with Ronna to buy our first home and she was amazing throughout the process. She answered any and every question we had and was prompt to reply. Then we used Ronna again to sell our home 5 years later. Selling also brought new questions that she quickly helped answer. We love Ronna and would use her services again had we not moved out of state. We're just waiting until she's licensed in all 50 states!

Ronna is amazing. She walked us through the selling process of our condo (with lots of advice for decluttering!), and sold our unit very quickly. She then led us through the home buying processing, helping us determine which home would best fit our needs. She was with us every step of the way, answered every email/phone call/text quickly and sweetly, and remained supportive even after the closing. She has been invaluable with her resources for things that we needed after the closing (i.e. handyperson, roof experts). Ronna is simply the best.
