We loved working with Ronnie. She was extremely professional and went out of her way to make sure we had a smooth transition. She offered very helpful advice while we were preparing our home for sale and added touches of her own to bring out the best in each room.. We were out of the state during closing, but she made sure that we received all the documents on time so that so that the whole process was seemless. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area!

I am an attorney in El Dorado County. Ronnie did a terrific job on selling a 150 year old house in a probate where I am the executor. She found 4 buyers in the first week of listing. She went out of her way to make it quick and easy to sell. She is extremely knowledgeable about state and local laws affecting real property. It was such a pleasure working with Ronnie in the purchase of my home in Georgetown. I lost my husband last year and wanted to move closer to my Son. I was referred to RONNIE from one of her former clients who raved about her service in securing a residence for their family. Not knowing anything about RONNIE I was initially apprehensive but called her and talked about her strategies on selling a property in the Placerville area. I had no idea what the market was like and was selling the property as a family trustee living out of the area. I chose RONNIE to be our realtor after that initial conversation and she exceeded any expectations I had. She is a hard working, knowledgable , no nonsense individual who constantly worked on promoting my property. I cannot tell you how many off hours she dedicated to dealing with unexpected issues that came up prior to final closing. She set the initial price and kept me apprised on a regular basis. My reward for picking RONNIE was getting the property sold for a price she had envisioned it would sell. My only issue now will be finding a realtor who could match the bar RONNIE has established if she decides to retire from the business.

All my interactions were by phone. I was informed all the way through the process, she did a timely evaluation of the property, listed and showed it without a problem. I had an offer, for the asking price, within a week! The title company she referred me to did the footwork on a rather complicated process (there were reconveyence issues) and it went without a hitch. I am very satisfied with the relationship and recommend her highly.

Ronnie is always available to answer questions or facilitate any items that occur during the sale. She is an expert in the Georgetown/Garden Valley Area. Awesome doesn't even come close to what Ronnie Hess does! She handled both sides of the deal with perfection ! The seller has very serious health issues, and we had trouble understanding so many details! She put together EVERYTHING, walked us through the prosses and she did it all in 30 days!!!!
