Ronnie Warren

The entire buying and selling process is about achieving a successful outcome for the client as smoothly as possible. Ronnie knows and uses the tools available through Century 21 such as state of the art marketing and technology, brand awareness and visibility, and the largest real estate network in the world. He combines these tools with professional representation and negotiation with the client in mind. Ronnie’s responsibility is to guide the client through the confusing and sometimes stressful transaction in as relaxing and fun manner as possible.

Ronnie has been licensed as a real estate professional since June 2003. This is a second career for him. For the previous 30 years, he was a partner in a family retail clothing company. Both careers have been in the Parker County area with customers from all surrounding counties.

Ronnie is a graduate of Weatherford High School, Weatherford College, The University of Texas at Austin, and have graduate hours at Southern Methodist University. He has a Bachelors of Business from the University of Texas and a certificate of Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University.

Ronnie holds several designations and certifications for real estate. Continuing education is a priority for him. Ronnie has more training in foreclosures and short sales. The continuing education and experience serve to enhance his service and commitment to clients. Residential real estate is Ronnie’s main area of expertise; however, he has extensive experience in commercial, ranch and land. Putting the client’s interest first he does not hesitate to consult other specialist in these areas.
