Rosa is a great super realtor, not only she was able to find us a beautiful house $15k underpriced in a nice area in a very short time, she provided a superb overall service from negotiating the price with the seller to negotiating repairs and discount for the repair needed to negotiating with the inspection company for the best price for what exactly is needed. After I secured a mortgage with a local lender and without me asking her, Rosa also went out of her way and did something that no other realtor would do, she contacted her local lender and got me a lower interested rate and $100 lower payment that will save me $36k plus interest in payments over the 30 years duration of the loan. She is an amazing realtor, I would never do any future real estate deal with any other realtor except with her. I recommend her to all my family and friends for her exceptional services.

Ms. Rosa Hughes is a perfect example of a great realtor. From the first time I met her, I already felt good and comfortable with her. I knew then that she will be able to accomplish her client's needs and beyond, and that's exactly what she did for me and my family. She was very committed with her clients and she gave more than 100%! We are from California and she started showing us houses through video, during that time I felt that I was inside the house with her! She made it very pleasant and easy for us to see the houses. Because of the time difference, she didn't mind if I called her late at night for questions.

Last month my brother came to visit Florida and fell in love with the state and is now interested in purchasing a house here! I didn't hesitate to refer him to Rosa. We are now living here in a beautiful community and are calling this house our new home for many years to come! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Rosa for everything...
