In regard to the review beyond made by Paige, I would like to clarify the situation to avoid any misunderstandings. The interaction was never intended to come across as hurtful. You mentioned having a voucher, and I assured you that it was not an issue. I asked multiple times about your availability to schedule an appointment, but the conversation shifted when you explained that your boyfriend did not speak English. I clarified that I also speak Spanish and could accommodate that.

However, at no point did you provide a specific time for when you were available to schedule the appointment. During our discussion, you mentioned that both of you worked part-time, were paid biweekly, and had limited income to cover the costs of a $1,800 studio. You also disclosed that your credit was not yet established.

Please understand that I cannot approve an application where the move-in costs and ongoing rent obligations appear unaffordable. Additionally, your boyfriend made an Inquiry separately and provided a completely different version of your circumstances, which added confusion to the situation.

While I understand you may feel frustrated, I want to assure you that I was acting within the best interests of ensuring the financial suitability for the apartment. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify.
