I really enjoyed working with Rosa. She’s kind hearted, empathetic, attention to detail and patient. Rosa never made my mom feel like she was a number but more like family. My mother and I had the best experience with Rosa. When my mom was under contract, Rosa provided excellent service by answering as many questions she had, staying on schedule and by making sure we were ready for closing. From the first time I spoke with Rosa she was so positive and encouraging. This was my first time buying a house and I was so stressed and hesitant to even get started. She walked us through every step of the way, was always available to us, very flexible, very thorough and taught us a lot. I have a really demanding job, I was so grateful to have someone I felt like I could trust to help make decisions, especially in this crazy pandemic market.
