How did I get into this business if I'm a filmmaker? Well, I've always been in it. My parents bought homes to remodel and 'flip' before that term was coined. It just happened to be the homes we lived in. They researched locations; bought homes they could fix up and just when everything was perfect, we sold it, moved on to a bigger fixer-upper and to the next.
