Rose is amazing, I cannot say enough good things!! Her negotiating skills are unparalleled. I was able to get a significant amount of money towards closing costs on the original contract. She was also able to secure funds towards the roof after the inspection. (The roof passed inspection, she negotiated based only on its age.) There were issues found during the walk through. Rose was able to bring in a plumber, electrician, and additional inspector all within 24 hours. She negotiated substantial funds for repairs, as well as coordinate the services as both myself and the seller were out of state. The situation could have been a disaster, but thanks to Roses’s experience, contacts, and a clear, focused commitment to her clients it ended up working out to my benefit. During a time when I hear friends saying their agents have told them they shouldn’t expect a lot of seller concession, I got an amazing deal thanks to Rose. I have bought and sold homes before, and I wish I had Rose on my side for those transactions, because I know I would have gotten a better deal!

Rose did an outstanding job assisting us getting ready for sale a house we inherited in a different state. She solved all the problems we had with grace, promptitude and efficiency. We would never have been able to go through the whole process by ourselves. Thanks to her multiple contacts in the industry, such as painters, electricians, plumbers, all difficulties were solved within our limited timeframe. If we were to sell another house, Rose would be our only choice.
My husband and I would greatly recommend Rose as she was easy to work with, she was so responsive and always with a pleasant attitude. Thank you Rose.

I would give Rose Calderone 10 stars if I could. Extremely personable I knew immediately that she would be a terrific advocate on my behalf. Energetic, responsive & knowledgeable she helped me through the entire process of finding my new home. She listened to what I wanted and clued me into the positives & negatives of a property. When I finally decided on the one that I wanted she was able to negotiate so that my offer was the most attractive in a multiple bid situation even though it was not the highest bid. Rose made the closing process as easy as possible. She had everything organized & ready to go and it did not take long at all. I have & will continue to recommended her to everyone that I know.
