About Rose

I began my career working in computers with Grumman Data Systems in New York. I then enlisted in the US Navy and traveled a lot and had wonderful duty stations that included Italy, Puerto Rico, CNO communications in the Pentagon and recruiting in Buffalo NY. I then spent 14 years in the US Navy Reserves. I began teaching High School in 1987 then went on to the SDSU, Palomar College and San Diego Community colleges, I retired in 2012. I began S&R Notary Solutions in 2008 where I train Notary Publics and Notary Signing agents. The Secretary of State for California has approved my courses. I then went on to learning more about real estate, considering I have bought and sold several properties on my own and thought this would be a great venture to end my career on. I am excited to be with Signature Real Estate Group and look forward to meeting you and hopefully helping you find your next Home!

Rose is amazing. She is quick, reliable and was available for us throughout the whole process of us selling our home. We felt confident and comfortable in all aspects. I have done this before and never has anyone been more professional and on top of everything. Our home went on the market on Friday afternoon and we were in escrow by Monday evening. Thank you Rose!!

Rose is such a wonderful person to work with. She cares for her clients and always, always fights for their best interest. She goes above and beyond what a typical Realtor may do, She will roll up her sleeves and get to work on what ever a buyer may have a problem with, no matter how big or small. It gets resolved and she gets results! She is a tough negotiator and I've seen so many times where she was able to get the buyer what they needed to make the deal work! She is highly regarded by all who work with her. We have worked on some of the most difficult buyer situations and with her efforts we were able to get them approved! She is smart, dedicated and just an over all great person and professional. You will be happy you chose her!

Rose DeMarco is a dream realtor. Not only does she know the business inside and out, but her connections within the industry allow her get things done at an amazing pace. Nothing is too difficult or out of reach for her. She has a can-do attitude with the success to back it up.
