About Rose
Rose started her real estate career in 2007, just as home prices began to decline. As a single parent of two children, she navigated through the declining real estate market and witnessed many homeowners lose trust in financial institutions as they painfully lost their homes through foreclosure. She helped her seller clients avoid foreclosure through selling their homes through short sale. She helped her buyer clients buy their first homes as values reached all-time lows in 2012. She served investors as they bought dilapidated REO properties and later listed those homes after they were renovated and brought value to the neighborhoods. To this day she still assists her past clients as they upgrade or downsize their homes, or as they relocate out of state. Over the past decade, Rose has helped hundreds of families and individuals with their real estate needs.
Rose holds a National Association of REALTORS® Designation for Seniors Real Estate Specialist®. The SRES® designation is designed for REALTORS® to help clients that are 50+.
