Not only is she an extremely knowledgeable broker, she is very personable yet professionally demanding on the other parties in the transaction to ensure you are positioned well. We had a very difficult time finding our home during a hard market, and she helped ensure we were competitive in our offer. Once accepted, she has a huge network of connections to help along the way, from getting inspections to a mortgage approval and insurance. I really feel like i got the "family treatment" not only with remax as a business but personally as well from Rose. The entire process was relatively easy with her there to answer any and every question i had. Once i finally made the decision as a 1st time buyer to make an offer she guided me through step by step. I know how realtors work, off commission, but with rose i really felt like she wanted to see ME happy and in a quality home.
