Rose Marie Marshall is a bilingual (Spanish) realtor specializing in residential, re-sale and new homes. She holds a BA in Social Sciences from University of California, Irvine. Certified in Georgia and South Carolina. She has 20 years real estate industry experience.

When Rose Marie Marshall started with a Real Estate Company in 2005 she did not realize her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, her Certificate in Human Resources, and being fluent in Spanish, would be so beneficial in the field of real estate.

Rose Marie discovered early in her career that agents wear many hats. Her education and experiences did prepare her to be an excellent agent. Now in her 20th year, Rose Marie is still dedicated and loyal in all her endeavors in helping others in their real estate transactions.

Through her extensive experience, Rose Marie uses her wide range of market knowledge in successfully working with both buyers and sellers in the Fort Eisenhower, Augusta, Columbia County & Richmond County Areas, plus North Augusta, SC.

Rose Marie and her husband, Jim Marshall, are very involved with their family, church and community and she has served as an ambassador for the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and is also a graduate of Leadership Columbia County.

Rose Marie's husband served in the Marines and both sons were in the US Army at Fort Eisenhower. Son Shane Yeager is now a realtor and they work tirelessly to help their clients. Their team is now known as the Full Service Realty Team with Braun Properties, LLC.
