She has a great deal of passion about real estate, not just from selling it, but from firsthand personal knowledge and experience. She co-own 2 successful restaurants in Lodi, she own a vineyard and produce she own award winning wine, Rose has an olive orchard, she own subdivisions, car lots, farm land, ranches, commercial property, duplexes, apartments, condos, homes and bare ground. There isn't an area of real estate that she haven't worked in or owned. She knows the ins and outs of what works and what doesn't. Rose built a portfolio from the ground up with real estate and it all goes back to that little 6 year old girl who milked cows twice a day.
