Rose Wendy Davis

Wendy Davis has been in real estate for over 15 years, where she has served as a real estate expert and corporate executive Leader. She has enjoyed working for various KW franchises in California as a Coach, Mentor, Launch Specialist, and Team Leader. In 2014 Wendy launched her recruiting company R&CS and her first successful KW franchise in San Carlos, and that was the start of her career in launching Franchise’s. She has helped build many companies with sales up to One Billion in productivity through her recruiting and business coaching efforts. In the last ten years she has recruited over 1,000 agents to the KW Franchise’s.

Prior to her taking on leadership roles, Wendy has and still is leading a very successful business as a real estate agent in southern California where her client base consisted exclusively of investor groups, NBA players, and NHL players. She specializes in relocating, investments and building wealth for her clients. She is the Founder and CEO of her own companies, The Wendy Davis Group and R&C Solutions Inc., both independently owned.

Before she worked in real estate, Wendy was a part of the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers Dance Team and graduated with a BA in Arts and Communication from Cal State Fullerton. She still enjoys an active lifestyle and loves to pick up a dance or soul cycle class in her spare time. Her greatest accomplishment is being a mother to her twin daughters, with one being a soccer player and senior at UC Berkeley, and the other one following her footsteps as an entrepreneur.
Coming from contribution is the key to her success and the growth of her companies. She takes pride in helping others grow and couldn’t see herself doing anything else in her lifetime. The greatest reward in life is the gratitude received from her past and future clients she has helped with her real estate services and those who she has consulted as a business coach.
