We were moving from out of state to Muscatine, Iowa and worked with Rose as our Realtor. After having moved 9 times in our 20-year Air Force careers, we know a great Realtor when we see one.

Rose is without a doubt, the best Realtor we've ever worked with. Each time we had a question about anything having to do with our home search or the home purchase process, Rose was right there with the crucial information needed to aid in our decision making process.

Almost all of our interaction with Rose was via text, email or phone calls, as we were moving from out of state. There was never a missed text, email or phone call with Rose. And, there was little to zero time lag in getting a response from Rose--the right answer all the time.

When we had multiple questions about items on the house we wound up buying, Rose immediately communicated our questions and concerns to the sellers Realtor clearly and concisely and we had accurate answers every time.

Moving is a hassle, as we all know! :) But if we ever move again in this area, or consider buying another property, there would be no hesitation in calling on Rose to represent us.

Our home buying experience was transparent solely because of Rose. You want a Realtor who is professional, experienced, can think on her feet and has a great network of contacts. That Realtor is Rose Wulgaert.

Rose is THE best. I started looking for my first home back in Feb of 2019, and got in contact with Rose. Being my first time buying a home, I had so many questions that I was almost drowning. She showed me many homes, and was always extremely patient and kind throughout the entire home-finding process (I worked with her for 6 months!). She knows her stuff!! Any question I had, she answered. If she did not know the answer, she found it in no time. I can not recommend Rose enough. She will be my first call if I ever decide to go back on the house hunt.
