Roseanna is a life-time resident of Will County, Illinois. She has been active in her community as a counselor for a local Crisis Pregnancy Center (Birthright), for a number of years, as well as avid supporter and involvement with local women's shelter for abused and homeless women known as Lamb's Fold in Joliet. She currently resides in Naperville and has three adult sons. Roseanna is an award-winning watercolor artist, and a member of the DuPage Art League in Wheaton.
Roseanna is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois for over 30 years. She has primarily worked as a residential broker in communities surrounding the counties of Will, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Grundy, Cook and Lake. Her expertise and exceptional service and dedication to her field gained significant recognition, as her knowledge and skill gained her localized contracts with corporate sellers. She is an award-winning agent, having worked for two large, franchised companies over the last several decades. Woodhall Midwest Properties, Ltd. opened in 2009, and is a 100% woman owned company. Roseanna is available to work with Buyers, Sellers, and corporate sellers. Currently her work involves management, marketing and selling assets for The Federal National Mortgage Assoc., The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and various lenders to include SolutionStar, NationStar and others. Her experience and best in class service has been rewarded with past performance to include work for Ocwen Federal Bank, Chase Bank, Bank of America to name a few.
