I moved here from California and have no experience or knowledge of how things work in Massachusetts. Never heard of or seen multi family homes but with Tiffany and Chris on my team made this the best and easiest transaction I've ever done. Tiffany Perry is exceptional, she handled everything with integrity honestty and transparency making our interactions with the seller and other entities involved no hassle. If I sell or buy again I will definitely be calling Tiffany again. I really can't say enough about Tiffany, Chris, and America Beauty realty

Chris Perry is a great realtor, he is always polite, curtious, and knows his business . He’s good at getting back to you in a timely manner. He really cares about his clients. My fiance and I were nervous about taking the big step. Chris always listened to our cares and concerns and always put us at ease. I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone buying a home. This is my second time working with Roseanne Simmons from American Beauty Realty Group. First time was awesome. The second time even better!! She was there to help me understand what was happening during the process and to calm me when I was distressed. Roseanne goes way above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris Perry for the past few months and he has made my home buying process seamless.
