We have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Rosemary for approximately 9 years. She has handled several properties for us and, we have recommended her to our friends. She has also successfully moved their properties for them. We admire Rosemary for her integrity and her willingness to go the extra mile for her clients. I can honestly say at this time when real estate is so competitive, it is nice to have the confidence, knowing your agent is still taking the time and looking out for your best interest. Rosemary worked with us to sell our Florida house. It looked at first that we would sell our house at record speed but the first client backed out without telling us why. We had to start all over again with another potential buyer. At the same time my brother (who owned the house with me) was buying another house in another location in Florida. My brother was very nervous about the timing of these two transactions and Rosemary called the agent in charge of this 2nd transaction to give my brother assurance that they would work with him in case the 1st transaction fell through again.
