We recently worked with Rose on the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. We weren’t planning on moving at the time, but the opportunity to purchase a new home came up and we wanted to take advantage of it. We called Rose and she answered right away. She recommended a mortgage broker to get pre-approved and began the process of making an offer on the new property. She quickly pulled comps, contacted the seller’s agent and began the offer process. Rose worked diligently to negotiate the purchase of the new property. We then needed to sell our house ASAP. Rose came well prepared to discuss the plan to sell our house, with many supporting comps and suggestions on how to price it aggressively. Even though it took us a couple of extra days to get the house ready to be listed, she and her team were still able to get it photographed and listed for the open house that weekend. We had multiple offers and accepted one by Monday. Rose’s team is excellent, Ellen Thibault was on top of everything with both the purchase and sale and we used Nicole Stark at her recommendation, for our attorney, which made communication easy as they all work together frequently. Buying and selling a home at the same time is very stressful, every curveball along the way Rose’s team was able to handle with ease and we always felt as if we had 100% of their attention. She had a creative solution for every problem, like how to handle double closings and moving out the same day. Rose always took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns and we never felt rushed to make a decision. I would not hesitate to hire Rose again.

The Rose Mancuso Team absolutely knocked it out of park for us. Both my husband and I feel incredibly lucky to have listed our condo with Rose and her team. When we decided to sell our condo in Massachusetts we didn’t know who to list it with due simple fact that we live in Northern Virginia. After countless researching it was our financial planner who read an article on Rose and he said she is the best in the business. Within half hour of leaving a message with Rose she contacted me. From there on out it was a seamless process.

We never had to worry or address anything. They took care of every detail. She
recommended a handyman(Arron) that made the condo beautiful. We had multiple offers within 48 hours of putting it on the market. They took care of paperwork, closing, inspections all while giving us details on next steps and what to expect. Rose and team are just incredible we can’t say enough, we have told coworkers, friends and family about our wonderful experience we had working them. She and her team went above and beyond for us all while accommodating our busy travel schedule.

We highly recommend working with Rose and her team, specifically Ellen Thibault and Attorney Nicole Stark. Never having sold a property and knowing little about the process, we wanted to work with someone trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. We contacted two real estate agents, one of them being Rose. Rose immediately returned our call and set up a meeting with us within several days. We were immediately impressed with her engaging personality, her expertise and professionalism. She came well prepared with comps, pricing, market knowledge of sales in the area, etc. To our surprise, she indicated our house would sell within a few days after being on the market and that it was likely we could receive more than the asking price. To our delight, she was correct on both accounts. From that first meeting to closing, Rose and her team guided us through the process with phone calls, emails, emotional support and informational handouts. Each person’s response time to any outreach from us was remarkable and noteworthy. We hired Attorney Nicole Stark to handle the closing. She met with us to sign some documents and she took care of the rest. Moving out of a family home of seven decades was a daunting task. Having the expertise and support of Rose and her team behind us was invaluable. Their photographers also did a phenomenal job of showing our property.

I don’t even know where to begin! The Rose Mancuso team was absolutely incredible from the day I met Rose to the day I closed which was so fast! Rose was a referral from a client. She reached out to me the next day and set up a time to meet. She had all comps and pricing and profit laid out in black in white before I even agreed to work with her. I signed her as my agent 30 minutes after we met. She walked me through each step with the help of her right hand Ellen Thibault and the closing attorney Nicole Stark who was referred by Rose. She knew exactly how the market would be and how to price my home so that there was plenty of action. The pictures were absolutely amazing with the drone footage! We listed the house a week later on a Tuesday and offer accepted the next Tuesday!!! 75 parties at the open house, 12 offers and almost 50k over asking!! Everything was done so fast every text and call was responded to wi the in minutes and Rose always calmed me down when I got nervous. She’s absolutely amazing and she already working with a very good friend on his house. This review can’t even come close to how this weather in Florida feels after the move but I owe it to the Rose Mancuso Team!!!

They were great in helping us go thru the daunting process of selling step by step. Mapped out a plan for us to follow, worked with us for each step and handled all the nitty-gritty details making it easier for us. Great local knowledge, they really knew the area we were selling our home with excellent knowledge of the schools, restaurants, transportation, parks, and the surrounding towns.
