It is a sincere pleasure for us to write a review and recommendation for Rosemary and Bob. We are so thankful for their expertise in guiding us through the sale of our home at Four Seasons. We knew Rosemary and Bob previously lived in our neighborhood and were knowledgeable of all the rules and regulations pertaining to our 55+ community.
The selling or buying of a new home is such a major decision, and they turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and congenial experience. At our first meeting Rosemary gave us a multi-step plan for having successful showings of our home. Her insightful suggestions and advice were so appreciated and on target. Both Rosemary and Bob gave us assistance obtaining permits and occupancy certificates as well as providing us with a list of legal representatives. Their constant contact and feedback were invaluable. As we approached the closing date Rosemary prepared a valuable list of responsibilities for us as sellers including closing instructions, contacts for transfer of utilities and overall procedures.
It is with total confidence that we heartily recommend Rosemary and Bob for all your future real estate plans.

Rosemary Pezzano is truly a Professional when it comes to working with clients to prepare the client and home for sale. It is a very stressful time and Rosemary directed us as to what we needed to do and not do. Our house sold in three weeks and it was an easy process with little to no stress involved.
