I’ve moved multiple times in my life and Rosemary was absolutely the best agent I’ve ever had by far!!!!! She was honest, responsive, and dedicated to the well being of my entire family. Honestly, if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be in the house I’m in now. She fought so hard with the contractor to get us the best deal they offered and any problem that came up she was on top of it instantly. Rosemary helped me sell my house and get me into a new construction home. I’ve used her to sell and buy and honestly she was amazing at both. I got more than asking when I sold and with her wisdom she got my family in a contract before the lumber prices jumped saving us thousands. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!!!

We were referred to Rose by our nephew and so glad he did. Rose spent the time to find out our “must have’s” along with our wish list. We moved to the Raleigh area from Las Vegas and she patiently worked to find our dream home. After looking at many potential houses we walked into one and said “we’re home”.
