Rosemary helped us find our perfect condo when we were ready to downsize. Her patience as we looked for the perfect size condo was much appreciated. Her knowledge of the home buying and selling market was a major plus. She is always bright and bubbly, and has a great sense of humor which helped make what can be a stressful ordeal a much better experience. We could not have found a better person for the job.

Rosemary is kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. She makes the boring tedious parts of shopping for a home fun and interesting. She helped me and my wife buy our first house and we will use her if we buy another home.

House was sold very quick. Communication was very easy, Rosemary answered texts/calls in a timely fashion throughout the process and showed she was motivated to sell. Got more money than what I expected from the sale, sold quick, and her positive attitude that she would be able to sell my house makes her highly recommended!

Rosemary is a realtor who listens to what you are looking for. She makes herself available for all your questions and she gets you appointments to see the houses you want right away. She is friendly and personable and makes the tedious process fun! She has helped me buy two houses in the years I have known her and she is helping me sell one. I use Rosemary because she gets results and she can for you too.
