RoShonda is a very honest, and diligent realtor. She doesn't just stop until she knows her client is getting the best offer. A "no" doesn't stop her from pushing forward, until not only you(her client) is satisfied, but she herself is . I would definitely recommend her services, and should I need to sell, or purchase again, without a doubt RoShonda WILL be my "go to" person. I am one very happy client.

I’m a first time home buyer, and Mrs. Dennis took me through the process so smooth as if this was my second or third home I was buying. She is awesome. Very knowledgeable of her work, very patient with you while finding your forever home. Ro Dennis....I can't say enough good things about her. I was so lucky to find her. As a first time home buyer I first went to an agent that really didn't fo much other than send me houses from her company portal which I could have done myself looking at Zillow. Ro was recommended by a friend and from the time we met she helped me and educated me on the process. She was professional and responsive and really worked hard for me. I say if you are looking for a good realtor that is on the ball and knows the market work with Ro Dennis!

Ro was beyond amazing! From the beginning she was able to cater to exactly what we wanted and ensure that we were secure and covered on every end of our deal. Realtor Ro Dennis was nothing less than amazing! She was the glue that held me together during my home buying process. She was always on top of things and a step ahead of any other parties involved, while simultaneously being very patient and understanding when hiccups occurred during the process. Her communication skills were incredible. She always answered the phone and even if she was busy she sent a text saying when she would be back in touch...and actually followed through! Ro treated me as if I was her own friend or family member during this process and made sure I received the best deal and what was due to me from the opposing agent. All in all Ro Dennis is a five star experience and I will be recommending her to my love ones!
