Rosie was great with me I met her through a website she immediately call me back I had a closing in two days she came to my rescue never met her before and she searched found a couple of houses that would fit my needs and my condition she call and set an appointment with a time that day to look at the place First Impressions count and this one did she got on the phone I'm handicapped in it wouldn't allow me to type as fast as I would and others was looking at the place that I need it as soon as possible Rosie did what with no questions asked when I said I can't type that fast she said "no worries..i got you" and did type for me spoke to the person that you need to speak to for me and got it done and the hour 4pm.. we finished about 6pm and not only that when she went home her family was there and she continued to allow me to call with answers and questions and vent w her. 💘 Less than 72hrs..got an answer YES!!! I cried... I'm in my new place enjoying it thank you so much we have built a relationship friendship and she is very kind-hearted treat me just like you would treat your mother thank you so much Rosie and I look forward to working with you again in the future and may God continue to bless you in your walk in your purpose that you are on thus Earth to fulfill we need more people like you in this world Rosie Zapata. Even though my home was way off the beaten path, Rosie worked hard to find a buyer. The house was historical and located an hour from the city. The house had been on the market for over a year with very little activity, but Rosie delivered multiple offers.
