My husband and I contacted Rosina upon the recommendation of my sister and her boyfriend who worked with Rosina in 2015 to purchase their home. We were relocating to Pittsburgh and had a three month old baby, so top priority was to buy a home and get settled. Right away Rosina recognized our aggressive buying needs and within hours of getting off the phone with her, she had sent multiple listings which matched our criteria. We only had two weekends to spend looking at houses and Rosina set up over 10 showings the first weekend and about the same amount the next weekend. Luckily, the last house we viewed was the house we wanted. Then the fun part of bidding, negotiations, and inspection began. We were unable to be in Pittsburgh during this time and Rosina worked tirelessly and vigorously to communicate our needs and concerns to ensure we could close on the house within 30 days. To further add to the hustle, Rosina had won a trip for top sales and was in Europe for part of those 30 days. She remained accessible during her trip and provided guidance and information. We are convinced that working with another realtor would not have resulted in the same outcome as working with Rosina. She was more on point than we could have imagined. She often beat her own estimated time frames, such as when she said she could get information to us within 24 hours, it often came less than 12 hours later. To be honest there are not enough stars to rate Rosina! She is by far the best there is out there. We recently moved to the area from out of state. She was our eyes for some of the homes we saw on the Internet, as we were not always able to come back to the area to go through the home ourselves so she would take the time to go through for us and would provide her feedback. We fully trusted her comments/feedback and appreciated her honesty. We definatley challenged her patience but I believe Rosina's patience are made of steel not once did she show any signs that she was growing tired of us didn't matter how many times we wanted to go through a house she would be there for us. Rosina went above and beyond what we ever expected in an agent. She would continuously look for houses for us and provide us updates as she would find or hear of anything that was going on in the market.
