About Ross Eric

Eric was born in Washington, D.C., and had the privilege of traveling widely as a child, while living in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland. His family has deep roots in the Athens and Oconee County area, however, and so he was pleased to come in Athens to follow his parents in attending the University of Georgia. After graduation, Eric became a General Manager with GAP INC. His job took him overseas once again, to Tokyo as a corporate trainer, followed by a stint as an internal GAP consultant. In 2004, Eric left the corporate world to open Toula's, a home, gift, and garden store in downtown Athens. The store became known across the South for its constantly changing array of inspiring home accents and unmatched customer service from Eric and his staff. Seeking to continue his engagement with his loyal customers and others looking to enhance their living environments, he obtained his real estate license in the spring of 2012 and joined Coldwell Banker as a residential agent. Eric resides in Cobbham, where he serves on the board of the neighborhood association. He has been a member of the Athens Downtown Business Association for several years and was elected president in 2010. He is a trustee of the Athens Clarke Heritage Foundation and serves on the board of the Athens Area Homeless Shelter. Eric also serves on the Athens Area Association of REALTORS® MLS and PR committees. He loves the diverse Athens community and feels a close bond to the city. He has committed his time and energy to many charities and local causes to the betterment of northeast Georgia. With his longstanding ties to friends and family in Athens and Oconee County, and intimate knowledge of the area, Eric is well positioned to respond to the needs of all types of buyers and sellers, whether first-time homebuyers, a family moving to the area for school or work, or empty nesters looking to relocate. Eric is sensitive to his clients’ needs, an excellent listener, and a trusted advisor. He works tirelessly to represent his clients honorably and to completely satisfy their expectations.
