When choosing an agent, be sure you ask the tough questions. What is their average list/sale ratio? What is their average buy/list ratio? This tells you what kind of negotiator you are getting.

My list to sale ratio is 98%. That means I price the home right so that it sells. That is so important in today's market. The days of "name your price" in the Houston/Sugar Land area are gone!

My average buy to list ratio is 94%. That means I am buying homes at 4% below the average I list them at. I fight for every nickel no matter what side I am on.

So don't call up just any agent, find the Right Agent that will work hard for you!
