Ross was honest from the very start. Wasn't trying to gas light me or tell me the house I was trying to sell was perfect and would have no problem moving fast. I preferred the honesty then being told "no problem we'll get it gone in no time" and have the place sit there with no showings for me months he didn't get my hopes up just to be brought down by the housing market that he has no control over. He was always on top of letting me know when a showing was happening and even a few things I could do to help things along. If I hadn't heard from him in awhile and I texted him to just to check in he was always very quick to respond. Buying a house through a realtor can be no problem but selling ones is another story and this experience has been the best I've had with a realtor.
