Rosy is professional and consistent in finding the right buyer. My house suffered a fire in 2008 and was gutted with approved plans for rebuilt. Due to current market conditions, many offers were REALLY low and intended for flippers. Rosy did tremendous research and persisted in showing as many times as needed to find the right buyer at the right price. To me RE transactions like any other business should be a win-win. Unfortunately most RE professionals today just want the quick sale and try to convince the seller to let go. Rosy possessed the knowledge and invested the time to market the property correctly resulting in both buyer and seller being satisfied.. a rare occurrence in todays market.

She also provided the contact for the inspection on the house we were buying. She really makes the process a lot easier. You can also rest assured yo will have the best person negotiating for you.
