I would highly recommend Roupina as the best agent I have ever worked with. Roupina helped us purchase a property in the Sorrento community in 2013 and I am completely satisfied with her excellent service. My situation is complicated as we live in Hong Kong on an oversea assignment. Getting us a mortgage loan was extremely challenge. We worked with several lenders and none of them were able to work out a loan for us, except a loan officer introduced to us by Roupina. During the loan process, I got very frustrated several times due to the complicated process and rigid document requirements as we live overseas. Roupina was very kind and patient, one step at a time, she helped us through the process and made our purchase possible. Since we were not in the States from the offer to closing, we relied on Roupina for every step through out the process. She acted very professionally, diligently and most of all, very responsively. We have 15 hours timing difference, I could see her answering my questions around the clock, often after midnight. Through out the process, Roupina won our complete trust. April 14, 2011 Mr. Todd Olson, CEO Remax Olson & Associates I recently purchased my first residential investment property with the help of your top associate Ms. Roupina Nalbandian in your Northridge / Porter Ranch office. I hope this will be the first of many to come as I focus on growing my portfolio. In today's difficult economic environment and despite an excellent credit and income history, buying an investment townhome proved to be a very difficult task which required the lender to comply with very stringent FNMA underwriting requirements. I can honestly say I don't think I would have achieved the results I was looking for without Roupina's persistence and follow through. She was instrumental in getting a newly appointed HOA management company to comply with the lender's requirements, even going as far as contacting the HOA's president to get results. Not only did we complete the purchase and close escrow in time, she exceeded my expectations on the results I was looking for. Following the close of escrow on March 11, 2011, I spent the next two weeks making repairs and getting the property ready, and had her list it for rental. The response was immediate and positive, and we have just signed a 2 year lease contract on the property, to a very qualified tenant, commencing on April 15, 2011, a very impressive 34 day from close of escrow to income producing. Perhaps most impressive is her ability to make her clients feel like the one and only and priority number one.
