My mother passed. I couldn't afford the payments, the house was nearing the end of foreclosure by the time I could legally sell it. I had been contacted by a ton of flippers, who offers were at rock bottom. I figured I had to sell to one of them and maybe get 90 thousand. Roxanne was one of the people who contacted me, but Roxanne was the only one who was totally honest, she explained what she could do, how she would do it. We were first time home buyers, and were clueless about everything. Roxanne was referred by someone we trust, we called her and she took care of everything. Roxanne referred us to a great lender, showed us a bunch of houses, answered all of our questions knowledgeably, walked us through the entire process, gave us excellent advice when we asked for it, negotiated the perfect house for us, made it work for us financially and she did it all with a smile. My brother bought a house last year from a different realtor in the area. By the end of the process he felt like the realtor was irritated by him and just wanted to close the deal. You will never get this kind of feeling from Rox. She seems to love what she does, she is good at it and she is simply a pleasure to work with. It is not easy to get 5 stars from me on any review that I complete. I work in customer service and I have very high standards, but I cannot think of one single thing that Rox and her team could have done better. My wife and I recently moved to the Sacramento area, immediately fell in love with the area and decided to buy a home. We started with the real estate agent the bank suggested for us and we could not have been more discouraged, we almost gave up all together then Roxanne was suggested to us by a friend and everything changed. Now the days of you won't get that house or you won't enjoy living here were over and Roxanne was accommodating to every request and would work non stop to make sure no opportunity passed us by. Roxanne has been our agent for the purchase of two properties in the Sacramento area. My wife met Roxanne through a friend of a friend when we needed a 2nd home located in Sacramento. This was 2005. She found us a perfect condo and she also found us the best loan strategist so we could afford our primary home in the Bay Area and the condo. Fast forward to last October (2012), We had sold our Hayward home and we were looking for something bigger than the condo so we could have dogs again. We gave Roxanne our Dream List of new home attributes and soon we were receiving nearly daily email updates from her MLS portal. This gave us the opportunity to see properties right when they came on the market. When our dream home came up, we drove out to see it (It was unoccupied and locked up), peaked over the back fence and saw the huge lawn, peaked in the windows and liked what we saw, then called Roxanne from the driveway. The next day Roxanne showed us the house, we loved it, and that afternoon we put an offer in. Within two days our offer was accepted and it was the best deal we have ever done.
