Selling your home of 24 years and simultaneously buying a home out of state can be a daunting experience, but not if you have Ruben and Cheryl as your realtors. They guided us every step of the way, from when to list, how much to ask, who to get for repairs, and the timing for everything. On top of that, they are fun people to work with and helped to make the process more enjoyable. They are trustworthy and we would highly recommend them!

Ruben and Cheryl are a fantastic team Realtors! I have used them twice and both times I was very satisfied with the homes and with the entire process. There where a few times I thought I was being too picky and Reuben would pull out his file and show us another home that had a bigger yard, or a two car garage or it just had something that I want. They worked hard to get us what we wanted and were super friendly and accommodating.
When we sold our homes, they gave us ideas on how to mitigate resolutions when the buyers would make a request.
Great team and I highly recommend!

We have known Ruben and Cheryl since 2010 when we bought our first home. They are awesome and down to earth! We never felt pressured to make a purchase and they always took the time to hear what we were looking for. They were always willing to go as far as we needed, did whatever it took and for as long as it took to find what we wanted! They provided tips and pointed out things we didn’t see in a home or area. They go above and beyond even after you you buy or sell or in our case, both. They are GRAND people and provided the most honest service we’ve ever received. My dad recommended realtors Cheryl and Ruben because he used them to sell their house, I used them to help sell my house. They came up with a plan the house actually sold for more than it was listed for; quite a bit more. I am impressed if you need to sell your house I recommend Cheryl and Ruben. They are very nice people and they did an excellent job top notch and very professional. The house actually sold in about days once you went on the market.

If you want the best, this is the “go to” team!!
The most honest , patient and kind couple I hope you have the opportunity to work with.. The buyer had problems 3 or 4 times, but Ruben and Cheryl stuck in there and it was “put up” or we’re going with another buyer. Well, he put up and my experience had the most happy ending!!! And I gained two new friends! They even got me more money than I was asking for! I’m amazed!! Go with Ruben and Cheryl and you won’t regret it!
