We had a fantastic experience working with Ruben to purchase a waterfront home. The market was super competitive in the neighborhood we wanted to buy in and Ruben was incredibly responsive when we had to schedule last minute showings to see new listings and also patient when we didn’t get the first couple homes we made offers on. Ruben also was incredibly helpful in providing his insight and expertise into the homes we looked at and ultimately the one we purchased. We felt we got a house that checked all of our wish list boxes, and he never once pressured us to move outside our budget. We’ve already recommended him to friends who are also looking for a waterfront second home!

This was our first experience purchasing a home and to say it was stressful is an understatement but having Ruben as our realtor made things easier. Ruben is professional and extremely patient. I worked with Ruben to sell my home and really can't say enough good things about him. He is absolutely an excellent agent. Ruben was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. Ruben made the whole process of selling our home such a breeze. Within just two days on the market he found us a buyer. We were so surprised at how quickly he was able to sell our home for us.
