My family has been neighbors and friends with Ruby for a few years. When we wanted to buy a second home and had a clear idea where we wanted to buy, we contacted Ruby to setup some showings. She walked us through a couple of places and gave us a very well thought out opinion as to where she sees value according to current market conditions and future demand. When we decided on a place and a price, she went to bat for us and got us everything we wanted. Even after the contract was signed, she found mistake that we didn’t notice and she made sure it was corrected, thus saving us couple of thousand dollars. This was by far the most pleasant and smoothest real estate experience we had. Thanks Ruby!

Ruby is amazing to work with. We have done 3 transactions with her and it's always been an extremely smooth ride with her. She stays on top of everything and coordinates with all stakeholders proactively. She kept us well informed of every step and what to expect next. She takes her time explain everything to us. She is very knowledgeable of all stages of transactions. We engaged with so many realtors from buying party. None of those realtors knew anything about FIRPTA. She literally explained everything and educated other realtors on the same and its related process. She is like family to us and we will very happily work with her for future transactions as well.
