Ruchi was super helpful throughout the entire process. She was upfront and direct on what to expect and showing us options for buying our first home. She would anticipate our needs in order to show us houses that best match our interests. Throughout the buying process, she also kept us up to speed with what was needed. She was able to answer any questions and made this process very easy for buying our first home. The recommendations for supporting agencies (Title, Home Inspection, Home Insurance etc.) turned out very nice. I would highly recommend Ruchi to anyone wanting to buy a home.

Ruchi was awesome from the time we met about the potential sale of my home until the closing date. I noticed she had sold another home in my neighborhood and that’s why I called her. I figure she had a decent knowledge of the market and she proved that and more. Great knowledge of the market. We priced it perfectly. She was helpful with preparing the house for sale. She stayed on top of any developments and kept me aware of what was happening during the entire process. I will highly recommend her to anyone I know.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ruchi to sell our townhouse above the asking price. She was very approachable, responsive and professional. She advised us on every aspect of the home selling process, from recommending updates to the house, to the price point and correct time to put the house on the market. Our house got multiple offers above asking within a week of listing. We had trouble when the first buyer with whom we signed the contract backed out after a few days. At this time Ruchi had gone on vacation and with the market changing rapidly due to increasing interest rates, we were duly concerned. Ruchi really showed her commitment in reaching out to other buyers even when on vacation herself. She came through for us and due to her prompt efforts, we were able to quickly settle with the second buyer and did not have to put the house back on the market again.

I had very good experience working with Ruchi. My husband and I were new to home buying but Ruchi explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the bank. She is extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. She was available to show us the house any time we asked for. Ruchi is a great Real Estate agent and is extremely responsive and transparent in the entire selling process. She advises on making the house sellable and marketable. She has great contractors and people who do the work fast and professionally. Furthermore, always has her clients' best interest at heart.
She is a master negotiator and provides a lot of value to the entire selling process. Ruchi ability to market the property so well that we received 15 offers and she had created a detailed Excel sheet with the all offers and shortlisted the best ones. She went out of her way to do it, so we could get the best offer to close quickly as we had moved out of MD.

We worked with Ruchi over 2021 Fall to sell our townhouse in Clarksburg. From start to finish, our experience working with her was fantastic. The market was not as seller friendly due to schools already having reopened for in-person learning when we listed and due also to the fact that real estate transactions were cooling off after a hot summer of activities. Ruchi helped us navigate the situation in a very diligent manner. She performed a thorough comps analysis and reviewed it with us in a timely manner, always ready to listen to our feedback. She was very prompt and realistic in suggesting the few home improvements that we had to do before listing; this helped us plan everything in advance and not having to rush at the last minute. She also referred us to her network of trustworthy contractors to get all the issues taken care of. She helped us in staging our home, with professional photography, reviewing the photos/listing description and details among other things.

Ruchi is very knowledgeable with the local market, so we felt much at ease knowing that we had someone who knew the local regulations, comps, market trends etc. very well. She was highly proactive in educating us about all the tasks in advance in order to not lose any time to market our home. She was very communicative and was available for us around the clock everyday for all the questions we had. She is also the friendliest and warmed person you would ever meet! We highly recommend Ruchi for help with whatever real estate needs you may have.

We had a very short timeline of 1 month when we signed a new lease at a new place. We were in a pickle as we also had to put our own house on rent. We had been staying at our house for 5 years with a toddler so there were a lot of things that we were unaware of which were issues.
We hired Ruchi and explained to her our stringent timelines and constraints.
She took this challenge and jumped in and immediately took the tour of our house. She guided us step by step by sending us a detailed list of things which we need to take care in order to make the house ready for showing.
She also gave her list of great contractors which was very helpful and all were very reasonable in terms of price.

She regularly followed up with us and made sure we are not overwhelmed with work and also made sure we are on track and if any help is required.

After we started showing the house we got our first application on the first day itself and by 4th day we zeroed in on our tenant. We didn't even have to worry about screening them in detail as she would have already done that and made sure that all the applications are as per our requirement which we had stated.

I would personally like to thank Ruchi for all the hard work and guidance for us to help us flawlessly in renting our home to good tenants within such a small time. I would very highly recommend Ruchi.

Ruchi helped us buy an investment property in Clarksburg, we are remote to Clarksburg so relied heavily on her to guide us. She got our offer accepted from multiple offers (4+) without pushing us on making the offer price higher. She was a great communicator all through the process and always answered our call or test messages promptly. There were multiple hurdles after our offer accepted due to us being remote and sellers being a relocation company and FedEx loosing our signed closing documents but she handled everything gracefully and made sure that everyone is happy and satisfied. We will highly recommend her services and take her expert advice in dealing with real estate anywhere in US.

Ruchi is a true professional who made the process of selling my Townhouse seamless. She walked me through the basics of exactly what I needed to do for the best value. Ruchi's network of well priced contractors helped ensure the home was in great shape quickly. She has great communication skills to let me know the status at all times. I received multiple offers on the property and closed it in 3 weeks. Ruchi took time to help me understand and choose the best offer. When some things came up in the repairs as per the inspection and it was Christmas time she was on top of it and found me contractors to get it done so that the closing is not delayed. I can't recommend her enough she will go beyond all expectations, she dedicates herself to her job to make sure you have a stress free experience .
