Rudy has been in the housing industry in one form or another be it a buyer, seller, properties manager, or Real Estate agent for over 18 years now and absolutely love it! He has lived in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area for over 25 years as well as many areas of the county throughout his career and while completing his educational aspirations. As an alumni of EMU, he pursued and completed his bachelors degree in Business Management in 2010 and received his masters degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development in 2013. He personally owns four investment homes in this area and has a vast knowledge of the rental and investment market and the potential income that can be earned from those purchases.
