Ruperto Ifil has consistently gone above and beyond in his efforts and outreach to me as a realtor in the eastern Catskill region. Beginning last Fall and resuming this late Spring Summer we probably looked at a few dozen places and Ruperto was amazingly on top of keeping me up to date with listings, responding to questions & follow-ups I posted him about places we had seen, typically getting back to me before day's end. I was actually quite new to the area, certainly from the perspective of purchasing real estate, and Ruperto stepped up not only professionally but really going the extra mile as we got to know each other & he got a more intuitive sense of what I was looking for. He never imposed his tastes/preferences or tried to steer me in any direction I wasn't interested in going in already. He advised me wisely when I made bids on a couple of homes, and was steadfast when the pressure of competing bids & moving goal posts by the other side got to be nerve racking. Ultimately, this all resulted in a successful bid, further negotiation and purchase of a home near Woodstock in September 2022.Ruperto was, by far, the single most helpful & integral player on my team when it came to the final closing on the house.
I would heartily recommend his services to anyone seeking home or property in the broad geographical region he serves.

Ruperto was a joy to work with. He was patient, explaining the processes thoroughly to this first-time home-buyer. He consistently followed up so I always knew what was taking place. Ruperto skillfully assessed the realities of each house’s potential, so when we found the one I’m writing this from there, was no question it was the right one. Thank you for findinfg this lovely home!
