About Rusdel

Rusdel del Sol learned at a young age the importance of a family being able to find their perfect home. Rusdel's father migrated to Miami, FL from Cuba leaving behind his wife and son, while he found a job and a home in a new country. Rusdel would spend his summers helping his father, who was a Real estate investor with tasks such as painting and cleaning at the end of each workday.

While pursuing a Business Administration degree from Miami Dade College, Rusdel worked part-time at a Real Estate law firm learning how to conduct lien searches for properties. Halfway through earning his degree, he dropped out and took an opportunity to open his own business, which he successfully managed from 2004 until 2013.

In 2010, Rusdel purchased his first investment property, which he fixed, marketed and sold all on his own. This one-time transaction helped him realize his passion, which is to help families find the perfect home within their budget just as his father had done for him when he was a child. After flipping properties for four years, Rusdel became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2014 working under Lifestyle International Realty, where he was recognized as Top Closing Agent of the First Quarter in 2016. During his time at Lifestyle, Rusdel decided to start studying for the brokerage exam, where he could mentor and share his spirit and passion of entrepreneurship and Real Estate with others.

Mr. Rusdel Del Sol is now the President and Founder of RDS Realty, a boutique brokerage located in Miami Lakes, Fl. Rusdel has sold over $100 million worth of properties, but his biggest accomplishment continues to be helping more than 100 families find their perfect home. Mr. Del Sol is a unique agent -- he has the knowledge and experience of every facet of a real estate transaction.
