My wife and I were left with a disaster and very misused family estate. We asked Russ for his guidance and experience to step in and help with the sale. Proceeding as expected, Russ, offered his expert skill and knowledge. We were able to achieve maximum productivity and with very little expense to position the house for sale. The house was vacated July 15, 2023. we closed August 10. Exceptionally Good if I do say so myself.
Russell's character is one of resplendent form, trustworthy and full of integrity . So very glad to have been able to work with Russ on this sale.

After our first conversation, Russell understood the type of house we were looking for and the type of area we were looking to live in.
