Rusty Masterson

I have lived in Morgan County my whole life. After graduating College in 1986 with my Associated Degree in Business and obtaining the necessary courses to take my Real Estate exam I returned home and began working in the family insurance agency. After a few months I obtained my real estate license and began selling both insurance and real estate. In 1996 I opened our 2nd location in Zanesville, OH and it is currently located at 2416 Bell Street. In 2025 I sold my insurance agency and I continue do real estate full time. Over the years I have purchased several investment properties both residential and commercial, which gives me insight into what a buyer goes through in the process. I live with the love of my life Julie and we have two grown children (Alexus and Austin) both of which also live in Morgan County. I enjoy vacations, pickleball, and most of all golf. Helping my children around their houses is the most fun, and the occasional house flip is always a good time. I look forward to working with you whether you are selling or buying.
