I bought a subdivision through Ruthie. She always answered her phone, if she didn’t she returned her calls quickly. I think she is very professional, and would not hesitate to use her. You will not go wrong. She will not let you down. As a developer in Westchester, I’ve been dealing with agents for the last 35 years she’s top shelf.

It was a pleasure with Ms. Garcia. I’ve had my share of realtors. It’s hard trying to find a very good realtor but Ruth is one. Ruth was very attentive, great communication, very responsive and reliable. She is very professional and on top of things.I had a great experience working with Ruth. I would highly recommend her to others. If you’re looking for a great realtor who’s main focus is to sell or find you a home, then she’s definitely the person for you. Over a year ago I started looking for a home in mid NY along the Hudson. My family fell in love with the Poughkeepsie and Peekskill area. I won the lottery when it came to realtor agent. Ruthie Garcia came into my life and performed a miracle. Our initial meetings were part property visits and part gathering information on what we were looking for. She payed attention to details and provided spot on locations to look at. When we encountered questionable issues at some properties she took photos and sent them to her team to provide answers to my questions on the issues. Due to the crazy market it took me a long time to find the home that we fell in love with, but she never complained or slowed down. Together with her team, Ruth was there with us every step of the way. She provided connections to financing, legal team and even home insurance. I compared rates and found her list of connections to have the most favorable ones. Even after closing she is still part of my journey. Because she lives a town over I shamelessly reach out to her for local contacts and she still replies! Once you are part of this amazing realtor family you end up with friends for life.
