Ruth made the process of buying our first home an absolute dream! My husband and I were moving to the DMV area from another state and Ruth was truly phenomenal. My wife and I have worked with Ruth to buy 3 houses and sell 2 . She has been fantastic every step of the way. In fact, we would have been happy continuing to work with Ruth if she was just as good as she was when we first worked with her 7 years ago. But over time she has gotten even better. Her advice is the difference that won us our dream (and current) home, and it was the difference that got us a great price on our last house. To all you people out there losing bidding wars and feeling like you could have gotten a better price when you sold: it’s not you. It’s your lack of Ruth.
