I have been in the Commercial Real Estate business for 11 years, the past six in Aspen. During that time I brokered about 75% of the commercial leasing and business sales in Aspen. My experience includes Aspen infill development analysis, asset management, evaluation, marketing, disposition and purchase, retail and office leasing, property management, redevelopment and historic renovation. I have spent the last few years focused the central core of Aspen and in that time brokered a number of quite transactions priding myself on complete confidentiality and integrity. It is my passion and pride in the community of Aspen to work with the buildings in the heart of Aspen to determine their viability and highest and best use for both investor and owner. It is within this level of commitment to high standards of excellence for the community of Aspen that has encouraged me to become active in Aspen events and activities. Through continual training in the commercial real estate field. I have developed a skill set that allows me to analyze Aspen commercial core buildings within the new City of Aspen code amendments to determine their specific development potential.
