With a five star capability, Ruth deserves a 10!!! Anything I write would not even do Ruth justice. She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND in SOOOO many ways!!! She truly got to know me, my family and the property, that in spite of the recession and high interest rates was able to sell the house for well over 2 million.

Ruth brought her crew in and brought my vacant house into perfect sellable quality. She communicated EVERY step of what she was doing as well as the variety of feedback ahe was getting from potential buyers. Ruth always provided her expertise to myself AND any potential buyer when any of the buyer's realtor would disappear. She provided so many services based on her long term ties and connections to offer buyers lower rates and discounts. During the signing of the papers, she was constantly looking out for my and the buyers best interest.

Ruth truly helped us find the perfect buyer to continue the dreams that my husband and i wanted for out home. Ruth is more than my realtor, she has become my friend and family member!

Ruth Velazquez!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. Ruth has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. She has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities. She is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering her phone.
