Ruthie was a miracle for us. We came looking to buy a home in Savannah in 2021 and had trouble with the first few realtors we tried to work with. We were impressed with her deft and insightful negotiations for a relative, so we asked if she could help us find a house. She worked tirelessly to find a house that fit both our imagination and our budget, even in a tough market. Nevertheless, she was always very upfront and honest about what the reality of the market and our situation was. When that perfect house finally popped up, she worked endlessly to ensure that if we wanted it, we would get it. This is no small feat in such a competitive market. She told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house, but also made sure that we got the best deal we could in those circumstances. That is a difficult and narrow road to travel, but she guided us perfectly. Even after the closing, she went truly above and beyond to make certain that we were comfortable with our purchase and satisfied with the recommendations she made. Thank you, Ruthie, for getting us the perfect house even in the most adverse of market conditions. We literally could not have done this without you.

We’ve bought and sold homes with Ruthie’s help and each experience was a pleasure. She always makes us feel like we’re important almost like a close friend or family member. She will do whatever she can to help. In a recent experience selling our rent home, she managed to style and photograph the home, as well as stage open house events - all while tenants were living in the house. She worked directly with the tenants to schedule everything, which was a huge relief and help to us. Even after the business is done, Ruthie continues to check in on us. She’s an amazing realtor and a good friend. We recommend her to anyone who’s in the market to buy or sell a house.

We can not even begin to express our gratitude for the diligence, knowledge, constant communication and professionalism that Ruthie provided during our FIRST home buying experience... which was entirely virtual due to the pandemic and time constraints that we were under. She truly had our best interest at heart, not only listening to our preferences/concerns but also providing expert foresight concerning the neighborhood and different aspects of the house buying process that was not even on our radar. She was instrumental in insuring that everyone, from the financing institution to the closing attorneys, were on top of their jobs. Even after closing, she continued to be involved, helping with recommendations regarding maintenance/repairs and aided in setting up utilities. Our experience working with Ruthie for the third time has been amazing! She is very professional and knowledgeable. She has always gone above and beyond when working with us to buy 2 properties and sell 1 property. She did a fabulous job working with us to set our condo up for a successful sale. She even went out of her way to order some replace blinds and had them installed since we were not in the area. She is the real deal! We had heard about Ruthie through a neighbor whose house Ruthie sold very quickly. So we retained her as our realtor and we were pleasantly surprised when our house sold in 15 days and at full asking price. Ruthie is so professional and an amazing negotiator.She worked harder than any realtor we've ever had.
After closing on that house she negotiated a great deal on our new home.
We were having trouble getting wood flooring to match existing flooring in our new home(just couldn't get the company to answer their phone) so Ruthie made the hour long drive to meet with them in person. She's always on top of things and never too busy to take care of her clients.
If we ever sell our existing home, I would never call anyone but Ruthie.

Ruthie Lynah did more than an exceptional job. Selling a unique home during the beginning of the corvid-19 epidemic presented many challenges. She was able to maneuver through all the obstacles to get our house sold. Things started out slow with few showings and no offers. We continually made changes to the property based upon her suggestions. After the final suggestion of updates to countertops and tile in the kitchen, we received two offers before the grout was even completed. We were satisfied with the price we received for the house, the timeframe and the whole process. After our experience with that sale we chose Ruthie to help find our next home. Once again she came through and we are closing in a couple of weeks. Thanks Ruthie!

I had worked with Ruthie a few years back and was very happy in the condo she found and helped me to purchase in downtown Savannah. We had to deal with a variety of challenges from beginning to end, including switching to a "can-do" mortgage broker (who was also fantastic.). Ruthie navigated everything to a great conclusion, and she landed me a fantastic condo in spite of another buyer who tried to outbid me!

So when my life recently turned and I had to move to CA and sell my home for top dollar during the 2020 pandemic, I called Ruthie for advice, which was to hold tight for a month to see...then yes, if I still wanted to list she would. I got her comps and within a very short period of time, she staged my condo perfectly and had the best professionals photograph and videotape it. My condo never looked better and I was almost ready to move back in, as is! Then within a very short period of time-- sold! For top dollar.

She is a native Savannhian, and has had experience as a historical tour guide, so she really knows Savannah, which was also helpful. She is a true professional in every respect, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ruthie for buying or selling!
