Ryan Baustian

Ryan is passionate about serving and helping others and is excited to use these skills, sharpened during his 20-year career as a paramedic, to help you find your dream home.

He was raised on my family’s farm outside of Eldridge, Iowa, and have lived and worked in the Quad-City area his entire life. Today, Ryan is proud that his wife and him are raising their two sons on their own farm near Port Byron.

Coming from a fourth generation Scott County farm family, he loves this area, and he knows it well. He is excited about the chance to help others find their perfect place here and hope you’ll give him the opportunity to assist you.

In Ryan’s free time, he enjoys camping with his family and friends, helping his son with his 4-H livestock projects, snowmobiling in Northern Wisconsin, and he is an avid Hawkeye football and wrestling fan.

His goal is to never "sell" you anything. But he does want to help you find the perfect home, or property you are looking for.
