About Ryan

Ryan Beesley began his Real Estate career in September 2003. With an excellent mentor, hard work, and some luck he closed his first two sales (one buyer and one listing) at the end of October 2003. He had an aggressive and successful first few months. 19 years later he is still a top producing agent.

Over the last 19 years Ryan has represented traditional sellers -- selling all over the River Region. When properties are listed, he has an initial appointment to access the home, perform a “hurt your feelings tour” where he advises sellers what needs to be done to get the home sold for top price in the quickest amount of time. MLS statistics are shared, and a list price is determined by the seller. After the property is ready to list, he enlists a professional photographer who does interior and drone videos. He prepares a write up and allows sellers to edit the write up and photos. The home is then marketed across hundreds of websites and through social media platforms.

As a buyer’s agent, Ryan listens to his clients wants and needs. He determines homes that will suit buyers, and a buyer may look at 5 or 45 homes depending on their personality and experience. Once the home is selected Ryan kicks in with determining offer, seller paid closing, and other necessary parts of a contract. Having taken the Accredited Buyer Representative course and designation as well as the Real Estate Negotiation Expert course and designation—he put his knowledge and years of experience to work for his client.

Ryan spent approximately five years representing three new home builders in Pike Road (2010-2015). He sold new move in ready homes as well as worked with buyer who built from the ground up. This gave him experience in all elements of the home building process. This skill set has transferred very well to representing buyers who build in other neighborhoods. Ryan represents the buyer and guides them through the entire process—protecting their interest and making sure they are satisfied with the final product. Generally, a ground to finish build is a 4–6-month process—Ryan is there every step of the way watching out for his buyer clients.

Ryan has a pool of smaller and larger investor buyers. Some investors are looking for flips. Some are looking for homes to renovate and rent. Some have a combination of approaches. Ultimately, investing takes a realtor with knowledge of the market, trends, and experience. Ryan possesses all of these skills.

Civically Ryan believes in being a part of the community. Ryan has served on numerous non-profit boards, a member of his churches Pastoral Council, active in his son's school (chairing Muffin's for Mom 5 years, hosting teacher appreciation lunches, driving for many field trips, and serving on The School Board as a member and 3 years as President of the Advisory Board), and a member of several committees and a Board Member of the local MLS and MAAR Boards. He currently serves as Secretary of Montgomery Area Association of Realtors.

As of January 2022, Ryan has had 306 sold listing transactions and 488 buyer transactions. He has sold homes in all parts of the river Region (Montgomery, Pike Road, Prattville, Millbrook, Deatsville and beyond). Each transaction has brought experience and skill to how Ryan models his business.

His philosophy is simple- he wants to do a job so well that each buyer or seller client will send at least one friend-many have sent more than one! A business built solidly from referral of satisfied past clients. He is never too busy for your referrals.

Ryan has a passion for the home buying and selling business. He says, “I wake up every day unemployed-looking for the next opportunity to list a home or get a buyer under contract to purchase.” Ryan takes a personal approach with his client and conforms to their preferred method of transacting business. This may be in a buyer or seller style of negotiating to method of communication—text, call, or e-mail. The customer preferred method is always adhered too when possible.

Ryan respects buyers and sellers. He listens and educates them during the entire process as no two buyers, sellers, or transactions are alike. Selling Real Estate is serious business, and it can be tough. There are few totally seamless transactions. There are repairs, mortgage issues, title issues, appraisal issues, maintenance issues, mover issues, and the list goes on. Ryan’s goal is to align his buyers and sellers with trusted professionals in all areas of the process.
