Having lived in Pierce County all of my life, I have an excellent feel for the Northwest area. I have grown up in a family involved in the purchasing and selling of real estate fixer-uppers, and from those rental property incomes I attended Washington State University and earned a double major in Real Estate and Business Law in May of 2004. I have been a Realtor since May of 2004. In addition to attaining my designation as a Certified Sales Professional in February 2006.

Although I am relatively young in age at 28, I make up for it in my knowledge and education of the field. I personally am involved in buying rental properties and understand the process or buying first hand plus I have been managing my properties for 9 years. In 2006 I won three different awards for my hard work, first was the John L. Scott 2006 Presidents Award, 2006 All Star Award & Shinning Star Award.
