Ryan Cave, President of Sunbelt Brokers of South Florida, has earned the prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), of which he is a member. The CBI designation is the mark of professionalism, commitment, and competence in the business brokerage industry and is awarded to select intermediaries after the successful completion of extensive education and testing. This designation was awarded to fewer than 50 business brokers nationwide at the 2016 IBBA conference for professional development.
Ryan Cave is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and a Certified Business Intermediary as designated by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and is nine-time Sunbelt national sales award recipient.
Ryan won the Florida’s “#1 TOP PRODUCER” award in 2012 and the “TOP 5 PRODUCER” award for the State of Florida for highest total sales (among over 1,000 other business brokers) in both 2014 and 2015. He has earned the Million Dollar Plus Award provided by the Business Brokers of Florida association each year since 2006.
Ryan has worked on hundreds of assignments with both buyers and sellers handling many types of businesses including internet/ecommerce, insurance, specialty retailers, restaurants, service companies, franchises, distribution firms, gas stations, advertising firms, preschools, financial companies, light manufacturers and more.
